Regulations on the international festival of contemporary academic art "Spread spectrum 2020".
1.The festival is held in the form of concerts, lectures and film shows in different cities with the support of the city media.
2.By submitting an application for any event of the festival, the participant consents with all the conditions of the Festival regulations.
3.The aim of the festival is to popularize the modern academic art educational goals, include stimulation of the development of modern art in different cities - the main directions of this festival, as well as strengthening of professional cultural relations between creative collectives, performers of Russia and foreign composers and performers.
4. The order of the letter of gratitude takes place at the time of application. ONE LETTER OF GRATITUDE is given to each organization with a list of all the artists, composers, authors and directors (copied from the application) after the meeting of the organizing Committee in June 2020 (black and white on thin paper with the stamp of the festival). It is necessary to bring the thick paper to any of the concert of the festival (if a participant needs a letter on thick paper).
5. Conditions for participation.
Applications are free, performances are not paid.

Applications will be selected/rejected by the organizing Committee depending on the occupancy of the halls, including performances of invited stars.
6. Performers of any nationality and country of residence are allowed to participate. It is forbidden to prepare the piano in the hall. It is possible to show video art, performance, performers on the xylophone, the vibraphone, the timpani, harp, orchestral bells, thereminvox, instruments, invented by composer, performers` parts of electronics for electroacoustic (live) works, if the participants are going to provide and transport the equipment, instruments and requisite. There is a Grand piano in the hall. In the hall (Moscow) there are also 8 speakers, mixing console. In some halls of Kazan there is a projector, but it would be necessary to bring one`s own notebook, light engineer and hdmi cable. The participant can also independently conduct an Internet broadcast by PRIOR AGREEMENT with the organizing Committee. Videorecording of the head of the organizing Committee is prohibited. Video recording of lectures is prohibited. Videorecording of events is possible. If the speaker is against the video shooting by the organizing Committee and the audience, he must inform about it before the event.
7. The winners of the audience voting and participants of the best performances will be invited by e-mail to participate in the Gala concert of the festival.
8. The application must be sent in the formats of .docx ms word, font Times new roman 12 on email spread.spectrum.festival@yandex.ru .

7 Is it necessary to present a letter of gratitude from the organizing Committee to the participant/participants/head? ( 1 per organization)
8 Optionally, you can specify the educational institution/place of work of the participant/participants.
9 Duration
10 Agreement with Regulations on the festival .
Preferably:
-The necessity (or prohibition) of printing the name of the participant/s in the program and/or poster of the festival Gala concert. See Addition 2 for details. About the possibility of participation and the date of the Gala concert possible additional correspondence until March 2020. The names of the participants-winners, not requested the print, in the program/poster not specified.
-Address of the organization/participant.
Applications that are not filled in the form will not be considered. Confirmation of participation will be sent in a return letter to the e-mail address of the participant 2 weeks before the 1st concert of the festival or earlier. Only participants who have received confirmation may participate in the festival.
9. Before applying, you may read the library. In order to become acquainted with the scores you need to write an e-mail request in any form. Composers send scores to interested participants.
10. Audience voting takes place on the website https://spreadspectrumbitrix24.site/contacts/#block178 and in the hall on forms within 2 hours from the beginning of the concert.
11. Organizers: the organizing Committee of the festival of contemporary academic art "Spread spectrum."
The organizing Committee includes teachers of Universities of Kazan, Moscow, Austria and the USA, artists, directors of music schools, Lito, creative associations, Museum staff.
12. Applications are accepted from 1 June 2019, 00: 00 a.m. until 1 October 2019 00.00 a.m.
13. The organizers reserve the right to make changes and additions to the terms and program of the organization and holding of events.
14. Advertising on the website and in print is only possible for halls, participants and organizers who have twice successfully held the festival events.
15. Travel and accommodation by the participants is at their own expense. It is possible to provide premises for groups and delegations to wait for the time of performance at the request of the participants and in agreement with the organizing Committee (only in Kazan).
16. The author of the name and ideas and the permanent artistic Director of the organizing Committee of the festival of contemporary academic art "Spread spectrum" is composer R. Nizamutdinova.
